General Information

• Availability
  The products offered by PrismaVision are available to anyone, not just Ontario law enforement personnel. Even though the primary market for these books is for police officers in Ontario, anyone can purchase them.
• Currency
  All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
• Tax Note
  Books are PST exempt in Ontario; only GST is charged on books. GST also applies to the shipping costs.

Shipping

• Shipping Costs within Canada
  First item:  $6.95
  Additional items:  $1.00 each
  Please call PrismaVision for orders of 24 books or more for shipping costs.
• Shipping Costs outside Canada
  First item:  $9.95 (CAD)
  Additional items:  $1.00 (CAD) each

• Method
  PrismaVision uses Canada Post exclusively to ship all orders and does not offer any other methods of shipping.  For orders of up to 6 books, regular lettermail is used with delivery in 3-5 business days.  Larger orders are sent by Expedited Parcel with delivery within 3 business days. An administrative surcharge of $10.00 (CAD) will be charged for alternative methods of shipping.
• Shipping Disclaimer
  PrismaVision will make every effort to mail your order to the address provided, but cannot assume any responsibility for delivery by Canada Post, and will not refund or replace undelivered packages. Claims of non-receipt must be reported to an appropriate agency reporting the lost or stolen mail.

Returns

Subject to the following Terms and Conditions,you may return any defective PrismaVision product, within 30 days from the date of the invoice for a refund or dredit to an alternate purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, PrismaVision will replace the item within 30 days of the return to PrismaVision of the defective item. Custom orders and Clearance items cannot be returned. All sales on these items are final.
If you want to return an item, please contact PrismaVision at 613-548-4707 or by email at info@prismavision.ca to obtain return authorization before sending the return back. DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT GETTING PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. When return authorization is obtained, please do not forget to include your full name and address so we know who sent the return.
If, by error, we have sent you an item which was not what you ordered, we will by happy to replace the item for you. PrismaVision will credit you with the cost of shipping for the returned item, and not charge for the shipping of the replacement item.
We will not accept packages sent to us by C.O.D.
Please by advised, returning a product that was purchased with a promo code, discount or other price reduction will be refunded on the actual price payed for the item.
